سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نظراً لأن جميع العبايات تُفصّل وتُجهّز حسب الطلب، فإننا لا نوفر خدمة استرجاع المبالغ المالية أو إرجاع المنتجات بعد إتمام الطلب.

يُسمح بالاستبدال أو التعديل فقط في الحالات التالية:
• وجود خطأ في التفصيل أو التصنيع من قبل المتجر.
• وجود خطأ في المقاس المرسل مقارنةً بالمقاس الذي تم طلبه.

أما في غير ذلك من الحالات، بما في ذلك تغيير الرأي بعد الشراء أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب من قبل العميلة، فلا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال العباية.

نحرص على مراجعة جميع الطلبات بعناية لضمان وصولها بأفضل جودة ممكنة، لذا يرجى التأكد

Refund & Return Policy

As all our abayas are custom-made and tailored upon order, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

Exchanges or alterations are only accepted in the following cases:
• A manufacturing or tailoring error made by our team.
• An incorrect size provided by our store compared to the size ordered.

For all other situations, including change of mind after purchase or incorrect size selection by the customer, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Please ensure that all measurements and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
