مناطق الشحن

نقوم حاليًا بالشحن داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

معالجة الطلبات

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1-2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. أما الطلبات المقدمة خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية فسيتم معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل

بعد شحن الطلب، يتم التوصيل عادةً خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

يرجى ملاحظة أن مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتأثر بمواسم الطلب المرتفعة أو العطلات الرسمية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

رسوم الشحن

إن وجدت رسوم شحن، فسيتم احتسابها وعرضها عند إتمام عملية الشراء قبل الدفع.

تتبع الطلب

سيتم تزويد العملاء بمعلومات تتبع الشحنة بمجرد إرسال الطلب.

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across the UAE.
